My private pay rates are the following: $140 for the initial evaluation, $100 per 50 minute session, and $150 for 90 minute sessions. Free 10 minute consultation calls prior to evaluation are available.
For insurance billing, rates for sessions are dictated by your insurance plan if you have coverage for mental health and can widely differ per plan. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage.
I am currently an in-network provider for the following insurances:
PEHP, Select Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United/UMR, BridgeSpan, and Medicare.
I also am contracted with Workplace Options and Behavioral Health Services Employee Assistance Programs.
