I charge $100 per 50 minute Session/hour evaluation, and $150 for 90 minute sessions for private payers. Free 10 minute consultation calls prior to evaluation are available.
I am an in-network provider for PEHP, and Workplace Options and BHS Employee Assistance Programs. I am working to be able to accept payment by Select Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance companies. If your insurance offers out of network benefits, I can also provide a superbill for sessions that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
